A special release. We start off by hand sorting and dark roasting premium New Zealand grown hazelnuts before batch caramelising them to lock in their crunch. They're then slowly coated in our delicious, smooth 33% milk chocolate and finished in a white chocolate shell with coloured cocoa butter.
