At Cocoa Wilds, we use a variety of fine couverture across our range including Belgian Callebaut chocolate. We have more products coming that will feature French Valrhona chocolate,(certified B Corporation) Felchin Swiss Chocolate.

Our curated selection of NZ Bean to Bar brands use fair trade or direct sourced cocoa beans.

Bohemein only use Barry Callebaut Chocolate couverture, Cocoa Horizons certified.

Yes! Get in touch with us - we do all sorts of custom orders. From weddings, to branded activations and more.

Orders are generally dispatched from Monday to Thursday. We don't want your chocolate sitting at the courier depot over the weekend.

Our courier picks up our orders around 2-3pm and, once we have received an order we get the order on the earliest courier we can!

Valentines Day
For a stress-free Valentines Day delivery experience, we strongly recommend placing all orders by 11am Monday, February 12th. This ensures sufficient time for packing and preparation.

Following these deadlines, for greater peace of mind:

• Click and collect: Consider placing an in-store pick-up order, available right up until the 13th for collection on the 24th.
• Visit our store: You can also purchase your items directly at our store located at 12 O'Connell Street, Auckland Central.

Our Cocoa Wilds chocolates are handmade daily in small batches, and are best enjoyed within 10 days of purchase for peak freshness (or about a week from when you receive them in the mail).

For other brands you buy from us, their expiry dates vary, so please check the expiry date on your all your items.

We are a small business who only use one kitchen to produce all our products, so all products may contain nuts, soy, milk, egg, and gluten.

Some of our products may contain allergens as an ingredient.

As chocolate is food, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds if you have changed your mind about a purchase. However if the goods are faulty, we will happily meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
