This limited edition Whisky ganache six piece, features some of the finest sourced single origin chocolate in the world from our friends at Foundry, masterfully blended with Thomson, Pinot Noir barrel aged whisky and prepared by us as six pieces of 70% dark chocolate ganache.
The Tanzania, Kilombero valley chocolate brings plum and cherry fruit, supported by the taste of juicy red fruit courtesy of the Pinot Noir barrel aged whisky, and a clear but not overpowering peaty note.
