In this annual, limited release bar, Foundry have introduced Thomson Ex-Bourbon Barrel Aged Whisky to their award medal winning Semuliki Forest Uganda chocolate with its playful, pink marshmallow and berry noted persona.
Thomson have chosen an American Oak ex-bourbon barrel aged single malt, resplendent with tantilising tannins.
After flooding the cocoa nibs in a torrent of this luscious liquor, the resulting chocolate will have your senses tumbling around in creamy hints of dark dried fruits, wonderfully woody spice and of course big, bold barrel notes.

Cacao Beans, Organic Cane Sugar, Thomson Whisky. No added cacao butter, lecithin or vanilla.
Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Soy Free and 100% Plant Based. Also alcohol free, the way we make the chocolate ensures all alcohol is evaporated off, leaving just the most amazing flavour notes.
