Made with Cacao from the Manabo Cacao Plantation in the Abau District of Papua New Guinea. Raglan Chocolate use this excellent Pacific cocoa to craft a generously sized 90g. Notes: smooth bar with notes of tropical fruit, raisin and a nutty undertone.
Lucid Marañon single origin 72% x1
The cacao that motivated Anthony Bourdain and Éric Ripert to go to Peru searching for elusive and mysterious white beans. Growing at high altitudes up a steep valley by the Marañon river, the bean’s unique terroir and fermentation practices create one of the most sought-after cacao origins in the world. Notes: Plum, Spice, Oak
Foundry Vanuatu Single Origin 70% x1
In the northeast hills of Vanuatu’s Malekula Island, a group of dedicated farmers from Pinalum Village grow fine cacao with a deliciously soothing and mellow flavour. Notes: comforting layers of moreish malty silky caramel and subtle fruit.

Made with organic cacao from Fazenda Camboa, Brazil, Shirl & Moss have expertly paired a distinct coffee to complement this mellow and satisfying coffee and chocolate blended bar. A regular top seller.
