Note that three of these are dark chocolate bars, very few of them are bitter given their extreme quality and genetics. While the milk chocolate bar is a higher cocoa percentage with less sugar.
Raglan Chocolate, Papua New Guinea single origin 70% x1
Made with Cacao from the Manabo Cacao Plantation in the Abau District of Papua New Guinea. Raglan Chocolate use this excellent Pacific cocoa to craft a generously sized 90g. Notes: smooth bar with notes of tropical fruit, raisin and a nutty undertone.

A very creamy traditional style milk chocolate sprinkled with cocoa nibs to create a multi-textured experience. The nibs cut through the chocolate's richness and sweetness. Notes: Milk, Stonefruit, Malt
Foundry Uganda Single Origin 70% x1
In the heat and humidity of Western Uganda, 1,002 smallholder farmers are producing extraordinary organic cacao that results in this dreamy and delightfully playful chocolate. Notes: fluffy marshmallow, berries & cream and toasted almonds
Coromandel Chocolate, Vanuatu 84% X1
Made with cacao from Malekula Island in Vanuatu, Coromandel Chocolate have expertly refined a distinct, darker, less sweet chocolate that surprises and comforts. Notes: malt, honey, cocoa
