The Christmas Flavours

• Tiramisu - an espresso reduction gel and a creamy coffee ganache.
• Gingerbread - a double layered enrobed chocolate with a caramel gingerbread ganache and a gingerbread cookie base.
• Toasted Fluff - a triple layered bonbon filled with ganache, marshmallow and caramel, inspired by our viral hot chocolate.
• Caramel Popcorn -​ popcorn infused cream ganache and salted caramel.
• Black Forest - real sour cherry jelly on top of a dark chocolate ganache.
• Pistachio Knafeh -​ arguably the flavour of 2024, our luxurious caramelised, pistachio praline is mixed with a crunchy roasted kataifi pastry.
